Margaret Lomas Seminars

Each year Destiny hosts seminars presented by Margaret Lomas, founder of Destiny, in those cities which have a Destiny branch.

These seminars, which are usually 2 hours in duration, are full of relevant and up to date information to assist you with your property investing, and all attendees are given ample opportunity to present their questions to Margaret and clarify any points from her books which may be unclear.

The subject of Margaret's 2010 seminars is ‘Where, How & Why to Invest in Property Now’

Economists are currently divided as to both the impact of the GFC and whether it really is over. Are we approaching the downswing of an economic ‘W’ curve or is property booming?

In these seminars Margaret Lomas will explore the current economic drivers and help property investors to interpret what this means in terms of their own property investing strategies so that they can be armed for the coming few years.

At our information evenings, you will be taken through Destiny's property investing principles, so you can understand our approach and methodology.

These evenings are specifically designed for those people interested in attending our Essential Property Education course or client programs, but would like to find out more about Destiny and establish some trust in the local Destiny branch personnel before doing so. You've probably read a Margaret Lomas book and perhaps attended a Destiny seminar, but there's nothing like a good old-fashioned chat to get to know someone.

Crows Nest Branch Manager, Jim Leone will conduct a brief presentation and you will also be able to enjoy some drinks and nibbles while learning about property investing. You will be taken on a ‘behind the scenes’ look at your local branch and provided with plenty of opportunity to ask any property or finance related questions you may have.
