Since the branch opened in 2007, branch manager Tim Hull and his wife Elena have successfully mentored their clients through hundreds of property acquisitions. With Tim and Elena's assistance, many of their clients have created substantial property portfolios, and continue to move closer to achieving their financial goals.

Branch Manager Tim is a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®), certified by the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA). Tim also holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking) and on top of his qualifications has a passion for property investing.

Office Manager Elena ensures the smooth flow of day to day operations and is the warm welcoming face that greets you as you enter the Mawson Branch. When they aren't in the office, both Tim and Elena value their family time with their daughters and catching up with friends. Tim's also a mad keen AFL supporter of the Richmond Tigers and follows the cricket in summer.

In 2010, after being a client for over 2 years, Brad Turner joined the family orientated team as Client Services Manager. Brad plays an important part of the team, facilitating the Property Action Teams and liaising with clients to ensure they are on track to achieve their financial goals.
