Branch Manager Carolyn Walshe has assisted her clients with hundreds of property acquisitions since 2006, and first joined Destiny Financial Solutions as a consultant in early 2005.

Carolyn is a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA), and has a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.

After a more than 20 year career in the IT Industry with the Bank of NSW and Westpac, Carolyn moved from Sydney to the Gold Coast in 1998 and embarked on a journey into a new career and new qualifications. Studying Financial Planning to gain the skills to manage her growing portfolio of investments, she considered working in that field but was drawn to a position at Destiny Gold Coast in a role that combined her financial advising qualifications with her interest in property.

Carolyn says her mission is to give her clients the skills and support they need to build an investment property asset base that enhances their long term financial security. We all want to be confident about the future and Carolyn believes strongly in the importance of having income-producing assets outside the superannuation system. She says “there is a great peace of mind that comes from knowing you have options other than superannuation or government pensions to fund your future lifestyle”.

Carolyn loves the climate and the relaxed atmosphere of the Gold Coast. You'll find her down at the beach in summer, enjoying the football at the stadium in the winter, and she needs no excuse to head to the Kirra beachfront cafés at any time of year.
