She has renovated seven properties, has been in the industry for twenty years and is a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA).

She has built a wealth of knowledge with regard to purchasing and investing in properties in the best locations and structuring complex lending requirements. She has a passion for property investing and finance and wants to share her knowledge on how you can achieve great results.

When it comes to assisting her clients with assessing possible purchases, Nicky's experience with renovating and even doing the work herself has given her a wealth of knowledge of what to look for when also assessing a property. Nicky shares this wealth of knowledge with her clients making sure they are investing with appropriate research and skill. Nicky owns 2 investment properties and will be looking at building her portfolio further over the next couple of years.
