Louise Lucas has spent many years developing her property portfolio with her husband using Margaret's methods (as described in her books) and Reuben's software and is living testament to the fact that the Destiny® Financial Solutions property investment system works. However, after years of people asking how do you do it and giving away countless numbers of Margaret's books (from which most people did not act on the information) she decided it was time to become a franchisee and earn a living from doing what she loves doing, which is talking and teaching about successful property investing. Louise has a Masters of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Bachelor of Arts, a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking), a Certificate in Investment Property Advising and was also a qualified nurse.

Outside of work Louise enjoys spending time with her husband and school age children. Louise loves singing and sang at the Sydney Opera House in the 'Big Sing'.

Jean Jones is a Finance Consultant and has many years finance experience as a personal banker with NAB and has one investment property. She is keen to invest further and loves the client contact and teaching aspects of her role at Destiny® Financial Solutions which she is keen to expand. Her loan experience is enormous and she can assist you with any queries in this area.

Janelle Bowerman has an Agents Representative Certificate and has Property Management experience. She is a keen investor with her husband. They have a total of 6 rental properties in 3 States. Janelle loves the contact with clients and is excited by the possibilities that property can bring. Outside of work Janelle loves to travel.
